A non-refundable deposit of one nights lodging per unit is due 7 days after booking. Final payment plus lodging tax and fees is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 30 days of arrival require full payment plus lodging tax due within 3 days of booking . Reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable. No refunds for early departures or late arrivals.
